How can I register for a course?

You can register for a course online as well as  visiting our Training Centre at Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi or at Borivali (West), Mumbai

What if I cannot attend a course after registering?

If you are unable to attend the course you registered for on the date specified, you can always opt to attend the course when it is next scheduled.

If I want a cancellation can I get a refund?

You can get a refund by writing an e mail to us at support@berkeleyhealthedu.com . Please mention all course details – including name of the course, course date, payment amount and your own details including name, address, e mail id and mobile number. The refund shall be processed in 7 to 10 working days.

How do I know which course is best for me?

Your choice, of course, depends on your present qualifications and future aspirations, plus the choice of specialisation. We have a wide range of courses to choose from  ranging from Critical Care to Soft Skills Trainings.

Are Berkeley HealthEDU’s courses recognised ?

All our courses are either recognised by the American Heart Association or by Berkeley HealthEDU.

Will I get a certificate on completion of the course and what is the validity of the certificate?

Post successful completion of the course, each participant will be awarded with a certificate either from American Heart Association or Berkeley HealthEDU, depending upon the course. The AHA certificates are valid only for 2 years, post which the qualification must be renewed by the student by taking a new and updated version of the course.

What are the class / course timings?

The class / course timings are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday

Where is the location of the class / course training?

The classes / training sessions are conducted at the Berkeley HealthEDU Training Centre, at Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi or in Borivali (West), Mumbai. Depending on the course and requirements we can conduct customised workshops and trainings at external locations and onsite as well.

How can I pay for the course?

Payment for the course can be done by online payment gateways or via cash or demand draft favouring Berkeley HealthEDU Pvt Ltd payable at New Delhi.

Can I join a course or take a training session for a specific skill or for practicing a particular procedure?

Yes, customised training for a particular procedure or a skill or an area of expertise, can imparted based on the requirement under the supervision of an instructor

What is the duration of these courses / programmes?

The course / programme duration ranges from a few hours to 1 to 2 days, based on the training programme and its content.

What are the benefits of High Fidelity Simulation-based Training?

Simulation- based Training uses Basic to Advanced Level mannequin to translate knowledge into action. These mannequins can mimic and replicate near real-life scenarios and conditions including Hemodynamic Parameters that allows a learner to get immersed and manage the situation without fear of harming the patient. The entire episode is recorded on video and later used for analysis and debriefing.

What are the course timings ?

All programmes are instructor led, class- room based and of full day duration, starting from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Saturday

What is the certification available for the courses?

All the courses are either American Heart Association Certified or Berkeley HealthEDU Certified, depending upon the course.

Do you provide any financial aid?

We do not offer any financial assistance.  In order to attend training you need to have registered for the course, and the course fee must be paid in full prior to the first day of class in the course.

How do I pay and do you have any EMI facilities?

You can make payment online after selecting your choice of course via our secure online payment gateway. You can also make payment via NEFT bank transfer or via cash / cheque / demand draft at our centre. We do not have any EMI facility

What is validity of the certification?

What all technical skills are covered under these training courses ?

Based on the training, the course curriculum covers most of the relevant content e.g. Recognition of Good and Bad Physiology, Using Emergency Bedside Equipment, First Response to Common Crises, Early Warning Signs – Breathing Issues and Early Intervention, Managing Chest Pain in ER / Wards, Recognition of Major Arrhythmias, Defibrillation and Cardioversion, Airway Management and Airway and Cardiac Emergencies.

Can I only join for skill enhancement?

Yes, customised training for a particular procedure or a skill or an area of expertise, can imparted based on the requirement under the supervision of an instructor.
